Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Service Advisor / Admin to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance while ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • General knowledge of car repair and parts.
  • Greet customers and handle incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
  • Clearly explain services and repairs to customers
  • Prepare work orders and maintain accurate records
  • Handle payments and invoicing
  • Support the service department with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a service advisor, receptionist, or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Basic computer skills (experience with service software is an asset)
  • Familiarity with Mitchell 1 Software and BoltOn is considered an asset
