Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing automotive parts.
- Look up parts using electronic catalogues and parts identification systems.
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming parts inventory.
- Prepare parts orders for customers and shop technicians.
- Assist with inventory control, including tracking stock and maintaining an organized parts department.
- Support daily parts counter operations and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the parts and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- An interest in the automotive industry and vehicle parts.
- Previous automotive or parts experience is an asset, but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn parts lookup systems.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
